Cascadia Merchant Alliance provides credit card processing systems, merchant services, point-of-sale (POS) equipment, and related support. Services may require agreements with third-party payment processors or banks.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to payment industry rules, financial regulations, and anti-fraud requirements.

• Some services may include fees, rates, or other costs as outlined in separate agreements.
• By signing up for merchant processing, you agree to the applicable pricing terms and authorize us and/or our partners to collect fees as stated.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
   

If we provide POS equipment or payment terminals:

• Equipment remains your responsibility once delivered.
• You agree not to resell, misuse, or modify the equipment without authorization.
• Certain equipment may be provided free of charge subject to your continued service with us.
   

Our services may integrate with or rely on third-party providers (such as banks or payment processors). We are not responsible for issues, failures, or damages arising from third-party services. Your relationship with those providers is governed by their own terms and conditions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cascadia Merchant Alliance is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that our solutions will meet every business requirement.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time if you breach these Terms, engage in unlawful activities, or fail to meet your payment obligations.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles.
